Just In Time Events provides services in 5 basic categories: Timing, Online Registration, T-shirts/Merch, Equipment, and other Event Management Services. While we prefer to provide as many services as possible to keep your costs low and maintain one point of contact, we are open to providing select services from this list and working with other companies to complement their services. If something you may require or request is not listed here, please ask for a custom quote!
Timing:
- Fully electronic (chip) timing using RFID Technology to enhance accuracy of timing and ease of finisher identification. Free bibs are included with timing, and results will be uploaded into our online statistics system, with free finisher emails and texts sent to participants. If your race registers >100 online registrants, our finisher photograph platform is available to you.
Online Registration:
- Offered through RunSignUp.com – a free event website will be setup for the use of the online registration and results systems. We will credit $.50 to your total service fee (down to $0) for each registration through our system for which a refund is not requested, as integration with our system ensures easier information processing and more accurate results.
- Your event will also be listed on our website (www.jitrunning.com), which contains a full up to date list of races in the area and the historic results from those races.
Race Day Registration and Check-In:
- To keep the participant information as accurate and user friendly as possible, we also will be handling the registrations and the Check-In on Race Day. The Registrations are taken on a computer with an event volunteer standing by to accept their form of payment. The Check-Ins are also handled electronically to ensure the ease of import into the finish line software.
Shirts:
- We would like to provide t-shirts screen-printed through us; because of our high volume we are often able to provide these shirts at a competitive cost. We can offer $.25 off of your total service fee (down to $0) for each t-shirt purchased through us.
